Network Options

Careington's PPO and discount networks are available independently or in combination. We offer stacked network solutions that combine our proprietary networks with the added strength of leased networks through our partner alliances, creating some of our largest networks and offering the broadest access to providers in urban and rural areas across the U.S.

Network Maintenance & Growth

Careington develops custom dental networks based on unique business opportunities. Our in-house Network Development team is focused on network growth and maintenance and can perform targeted recruiting.

Network Strength

Careington's networks offer stability and strength. Our dental networks are complemented by our fee schedule transparency and limited number of fee schedules. Our fee schedules stay locked for three to five years, making pricing more consistent.

Careington has an in-house, state-of-the-art fulfillment center for production and distribution of subscriber documents, including:

Careington's in-house claims unit is dedicated to full claims administration for any dental product. We manage secure processing and payment of insured, self- and level-funded dental claims. All claims are processed in accordance with each unique clients' requirements and audited monthly in accordance with agreed-upon client-specific Service Level Agreements. We also process claims for vision, hearing and other ancillary products. We offer customer service for all claims inquiries. For self-service functionality, we have a claims portal which allows providers and members to check claims status.

For level-funded solutions, when a client hits their stop-loss, we facilitate the transition to the reserve account. We also have multiple partners in the stop-loss insurance space to help mitigate high claims on self- and level-funded plans.
